Black Bond Books

Black Bond Books is an independently owned chain of book stores in British Columbia, Canada. The name was derived from the combination of Celia Black, and Catherine Bond, the great grandmothers of the then president, Cathy Jesson.

Originally opened in Brandon, Manitoba in 1963, the first BC location was opened in White Rock in 1972. There are now 12 stores throughout the Lower Mainland with locations in Maple Ridge, Langley, New Westminster, Mission, and Guildford.
